Over thirty teams will compete for high honors in the 2016 Chili Challenge by Boys & Girls Club of Cheyenne. There will be 34 chili and ice cream recipes provided by teams from Dyno Nobel, Simon Contractors, Greenhouse Data, Wyoming Bank & Trust, Boys & Girls Club kids, Black Hills Energy, College America, Hathaway & Kunz, Holiday Inn, HOM Inc., Mid-Knights Cruiserz, WyHy FCU, McJunkin Red Man Corp., Cheyenne Police Department, Laramie County Sheriff’s Department, Fletcher/Regrier, Cash Wa, and Baskin Robbins.

“This is not only a fun way to raise money for the Club,” says Rolinda Sample, Chief Professional Officer. “Members in our culinary program also competes and learns about working as a team to decorate their booth.”

Tickets are now available at Boys & Girls Club, 515 West Jefferson Road, or at the door during the event. The Chili Challenge will take place January 29, from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Holiday Inn. Tickets are $15 for adults, $5 youth ages 6-12.
