The Wyoming Housing Network provides Home Buyer Education and Consultation, which is required for most first-time homeowner programs (including WCDA).  We also offer financial management coaching, including the EARN Wyoming Program that helps clients develop the skills to be financially ready to buy a home and provides a matched savings program.

What is the Home Buyer Education process?
Step 1: Take the online homebuyer education. Access this by clicking the link on the right.
Step 2: Complete the 1-1 packet and mail, fax or email to Wyoming Housing Network before the call.
Step 3: Call the Wyoming Housing Network or schedule below to set up your 1-1 appointment.
Step 4: Have your 1-1 packet in front of you for the appointment (having access to the internet available during the call Is a plus).

What is EARN Wyoming? - EARN Wyoming provides financial training for low to moderate income families eager to stabilize their household finances and increase their assets by becoming first time homebuyers. The EARN WYOMING program goal is to work with motivated, hardworking families to resolve their credit challenges, develop money management skills, save down payment funds, and become fiscally responsible long-term homeowners.

How does the EARN Wyoming Program work?
You must be at least 18 years old.
You must have one year employment history.
Have not owned a home in the past three years.
Cannot have a bankruptcy in the past 3 years.


The Wyoming Housing Network, Inc. (WHN) was conceived through a collaborative statewide planning process and incorporated as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in January 2005 to address the affordable housing need in Wyoming. Based in Casper, WHN is a Community Housing Development Organization that educates homebuyers and homeowners and works with partners to create and preserve affordable housing in Wyoming. WHN’s capacity to accomplish its mission is expanded as an Affiliate of NeighborWorks® America, a national nonprofit network that provides financial and technical support to its more about WHN.
