LARAMIE, Wyo. (KGWN) - The Wyoming Senior Olympics wrapped up Saturday in Laramie.
Over 460 athletes participated in the games this year in events like track and field, basketball, archery, bike and running road races and more.
The event was open to any resident of the United States and Canada age 50 or older, but only the top three Wyoming residents in each event qualify now for the National Senior Games, regardless if they medaled in the event or not.
Age divisions ranged from 50 years old to the oldest competitor, 99 year-old Gerald Meyers who competed in track and field events.
