CASPER, Wyo. (Wyoming News Now) High school basketball teams just had a busy weekend playing at the
Taco Johns Invite and the Natrona County Mustangs will return to their home court this week.
"Rough week this weekend, we are just learning chemistry and stuff, we got a new coach and stuff so that is expected," said senior Wilsk Jackson. "We plan on finishing hard and going out trying to win state."
The Mustangs return home for the first time in the new year, the last home game they played was on Dec. 21. The Mustangs have a record of 3-5 on the year, and they look to continue to build their team chemistry as they finish off the season.
"Now we need to work on being better teammates and focusing on what we need to do to win games," said Jackson.
The Mustangs will take on Cody on Jan. 17 at 7 p.m.
