CHEYENNE, Wyo. (Wyoming News Now)- The Cheyenne Tornadoes lacrosse club participated in a clinic hosted by the Marian University lacrosse team. The Marian University lacrosse team has traveled to nine states in 12 days for this clinic, with the final stop being in Cheyenne, Wyoming. They went through drills ad fundamentals with the girls of the Cheyenne Tornadoes to increase their repertoire.

"I think it was really helpful," Senior Tornadoes player, Megan Weidler said. "We learned a lot of different things we hadn't focused on earlier."
Marian University coach, David Pomeroy said the gratitude he receives from the girls is his favorite part about the clinic.
"It's the end factor. Seeing the girls say 'thank you, we learned this, we learned that', means the world to me."
This is the first year Marian University had a lacrosse clinic in Cheyenne, Wyoming.
