Cowboys capped off the regular season with a 31-3 win over New Mexico on Saturday.
Wyoming totaled 366 rushing yards, with redshirt freshman running back Xazavian Valladay netting a career-high 192 yards with his feet.
But when asked about Valladay's career-high day, Wyoming's head coach, Craig Bohl, gave a nod to the offensive line.
"I think you really need to credit the offensive line," said Bohl.
"They did a great job getting man-on-man, getting movement, the running backs found creases - that had a really big factor in our victory today," Bohl said.
With the win, Cowboys become Bowl eligible for the third consecutive year.
