What's the state of Wyoming's economy?

Jim Robinson said that even though cost of crude oil is going down because production is flooding the market, that doesn't always mean, you'll see gas prices drop as quickly. He also said that Cheyenne typically sees higher prices than other cities in the state.
He also said it's unfortunate the coronavirus pandemic and crude oil market scenarios are happening at the same time, especially for a state like Wyoming that is energy-dependent. Robinson said, though, that Wyoming is used to the boom and bust cycles.
