Wanted man turns himself in to Laramie County Sheriff’s Office

A Laramie County man, wanted on a felony warrant for 1st degree sexual assault, has turned himself in.
According to the Laramie County Sheriff’s Office, Owen Soto, 21, turned himself in to the jail after seeing his information broadcast through media sources.
