CHEYENNE, Wyo. (RELEASE) - The Cheyenne Police Department has arrested Bryanna Salinas, 27, of Cheyenne, and Scott Jackson, 33, of Cheyenne for an aggravated assault and robbery which occurred on October 16. Police were called to Cheyenne Regional Medical Center where Britnee Gilmore was receiving treatment for a broken finger, multiple abrasions and bruising.
