Dr. Mark Dowell said he hopes Wyoming flattens the curve by May but is not sure if we will because of how rural our state is.

Dowell said none of the 14 people who have tested positive for COVID-19, have had to be hospitalized.

Dowell said as a medical professional, very strong consideration should be given to issue a stay at home order and the Wyoming medical community is very much in support of it.

When it comes to grocery shopping, Dowell said we all should be making sure to wipe down each cart before using it. If we go to a business that does not have sanitation wipes, we should leave.

Dowell said we all need to pay attention, don't panic and follow the rules.
