NCSD encourages community to provide feedback through climate survey

CASPER, Wyo. (Wyoming News Now) The Natrona County School District encouraged the community to complete their climate survey Thursday. Every parent, guardian and staff member in Natrona County has been emailed a link to the survey.

“We have high expectations for ourselves, we know students and parents have it as well. We just want to collaborate together to keep working towards our strategic plan,” Tanya Southerland, NCSD public relations officer, said.

The survey is anonymous and unique depending on if students, staff or parents are filling it out. The survey will tell NCSD how they are doing with engagement, environment and safety. The results of the survey will give NCSD the ability to see what is working and what they can improve on.

“This survey is just part of that goal that listens to the feedback of those critical components and then provides us with opportunities to evaluate the data we receive back," Southerland said.

The community has until Nov. 26th to complete the climate survey.
