Update: Suspects in Hot Shot slot machine theft arrested

On August, 23 Laramie County Sheriff's Deputies and a Morrill County Sheriff Deputy from Nebraska served two felony arrest warrants in Burns, Wyoming.

Raina N. Mahaffy and William Tom Mahaffy, both of Burns, were arrested and charged with a Class IIA Felony for Theft by Unlawful Taking over $5000.00.

Both parties are being housed in Cheyenne awaiting extradition. Bond was set at 10% of 50,000 on both warrants.

The Morrill County Sheriff's Office thanks the public for their assistance in helping identify the suspects in this case.

The Morrill County Sheriff’s Office needs your help to find two thieves responsible for stealing from a Hot Shot slot machine at Frankie’s Bar and Grill.

There is a possibility the suspects are from the Cheyenne, Wyoming area.

They also believe that these thieves are hitting several establishments within the states of Wyoming and Nebraska.
