Michigan man is dead after a crash on a Wyoming highway

A Michigan man is dead after a crash on a Wyoming highway.

Wyoming highway patrol says it happened Sunday evening on u-s 189 near Kemmerer.

Troopers say a pickup drifted off the roadway and the driver over-corrected, rolling the vehicle.

The driver was wearing his seatbelt, but died from his injuries after being taken to a hospital.

Speed is being investigated as a cause for the crash.

This crash makes 69 deaths on Wyoming's roadways in 2019, compared to 41 this time last year.
