CASPER, Wyo. (Wyoming News Now) - Whether its pickup, delivery or closing down for the time being, businesses are adjusting to COVID-19. For The Bourgeois Pig, closing down for an extended period of time, just isn't an option.

"The reality is, trying to decide between what's best for the public interest and the public health and losing my business. Pretty hard decisions to have to make and I know I'm not the only one in town making them, there's a lot of people making them. If I close, I'm done and that's the reality of this situation," said The Bourgeois Pig Owner Joshua Tinnell.

Staff is currently cleaning their shop from top to bottom. Monday they will begin a pickup and delivery service, something Tinnell wanted to do in the future. Starting it now, could save his business.

The staff knows things might be uncertain, but each person is committed to continuing operations.

"If we don't fight it and we don't do something about it, we'll lose. So that's why we're trying to do what we're doing now to let everybody know, if we can do it, if we can survive this, there's a team right here that made it happen and I believe in that," said The Bourgeois Pig Chef Deon Costalez.

"We really want to see everybody succeed and get through this time together," said The Bourgeois Pig General Manager Anita Lukowiak.

"None of us know what the future holds, but we're all in this together. They know I may not be able to pay them after today, but they're still here," said Tinnell.

What The Bourgeois Pig needs from us at this time, is our support. The Bourgeois Pig will be offering delivery and drive-up from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. every day starting Monday. To place an order you can call (307) 337-2744.
