Cheyenne Service Club Blood Drive launches in February; Lion's Club stops by Wyoming News Now

CHEYENNE, Wyo. (WYOMING NEWS NOW) -- Are you interested in giving blood? Cheyenne Rotary, Kiwanis Club of Cheyenne, the Cheyenne Zonta Club and the Cheyenne Lions are partnering together to see which service club can donate the most blood!

If you are a supporter of any of these organizations, when you give blood this month at Vitalant-Wyoming, Cheyenne donation center, tell them which organization you support!!

It's a great way to have fun and support a good cause.

Days and times:

Starting Tuesday, February 4th, 2020, repeats every week on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday until Friday, February 28, 2020 @ 10:00 am – 6:00 pm.

Starting Saturday, February 1st, 2020, repeats every week on Friday and Saturday until Sunday, March 01, 2020 @ 7:30 am – 1:00 pm

***Club members and community members will be encouraged to go into Vitalant (formerly United Blood Services) during their donor hours and will be asked to put a marble in a container for the organization you are wanting their donation to count towards.

***You will be able to pick up information on the organizations at that time which has been compiled and is available on a 8.5X11" sheet for donors to learn more about each of the 4 organizations involved.

***You can also order a t-shirt at Vitalant. The t-shirt order form will be collected with payment by Vitalant and will be delivered following the blood drive. The t-shirts are designed by Chris Tarantola at Colour Graphics. These are white t-shirts with red ink and all four organizations logos will be on the back. Cost is determined by size.

***Following the Blood drive a total number of units will be announced and a breakdown by organization will also be provided so that groups can use these in their organizational reporting and motivation.
