Laramie man behind bars, charged with strangulation

Gadlin was arrested in Laramie and charged with Strangulation of a Household Member, and several other criminal charges.

Laramie, Wyo. (Wyoming News Now) Laramie Police arrested a man who they say tried to strangle a household member.

According to LPD, officers responded to a fight in progress call at a home in the 900 block of North 15th street shortly after 5:00 AM on November 10, 2019.

Investigating officers arrested 33-year-old Laramie resident Terrence J. Gadlin and charged him with Strangulation of a Household Member, a felony, and several other criminal violations including Criminal Entry, Property Destruction/Vandalism, Eluding, Driving While Under the Influence, Interference and two traffic offenses.

Mr. Gadlin remains incarcerated at the Albany County Detention Center. No bond has been set.

Strangulation of a household member is a felony punishable by imprisonment for not more than ten (10) years.
