LCCC ends two-game losing streak with a win at home against Sheridan College, 79-66

The LCCC women’s basketball team (17-9) defeated Sheridan College (15-10), 79-66. Three Golden Eagles’ finished in double-digits with sophomore guard, Haylie Anderson, leading the way with 22 points with six rebounds. Sam Hester finished with 11 points, eight rebounds.

“We control a lot going in terms of our Region IX playoff destiny, this was step one,” LCCC head coach, Brian Ortmeier said.

LCCC’s next game is at home on Wednesday, February 12, against Western Wyoming. Tip-off is at 5:30pm MST.
