Isolated Showers/Storms Tomorrow, Hot Temperatures Next Week
Good afternoon! After a rather cool and dreary day across the region, things are about to change. First off, tonight, expect showers to continue through about midnight, with skies remaining partly to mostly cloudy. Lows will be in the 50s and 60s.
Tomorrow, skies will start off mostly clear but then skies will become partly cloudy during the afternoon and evening. Isolated showers and storms will be possible across SE Wyoming, but across the NE Panhandle, things should remain dry. Can't rule out a strong storm or two, but the threat for any severe weather is very low. Highs will be in the 70s, 80s, and 90s. Tomorrow night, showers and storms come to an end by 10pm, with skies becoming mostly clear. Lows will be in the 50s and 60s.
For the next 7 plus days, the heat will be on full blast! A strong ridge of high pressure will build into the region, leading to highs in the 90s and 100s for several days. The hottest days look to be Tuesday through Thursday, with Cheyenne reaching the mid to upper 90s and Scottsbluff in the triple digits. The threat for showers and storms will be kept at a minimum, but on Monday, isolated showers and storms will be possible during the afternoon and evening.
Have a great night!
