CASPER, Wyo. (Wyoming News Now) - On a normal Saturday you may see dozens of people enjoying a beer on the Gruner Brothers patio. But like many local businesses, COVID-19 is having a huge impact on operations.
"I never thought anything like this would ever happen," said Gruner Brothers Brewing Co-Owner and Co-Founder Ben Gruner.
The Gruner Brothers Brewing taproom is closed. Ownership, brewers and their assistants are continuing daily operations but taproom staff has to stay home. At this time six packs of beer and growlers are still available for purchase.
"That's the only real plan we can work as far as a business," said Gruner.
He said right now, it's important to stay safe and support our local businesses.
"There's so many good companies here and good people that really make this community special and that's true across the entire state of Wyoming, so really supporting those local businesses is important," said Gruner.
At this time, Gruner Brothers Brewing will be open Tuesday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.
