CHEYENNE, Wyo. -- Governor Mark Gordon held a press conference at the Jonah Business Center today.
In it he addressed questions about his administration, why he supports a Bill to redefine the rainy day fund, and how he looks to make the government more efficient.
During the press conference Gordon said, ““Let me say that I am looking for the best candidates that I possibly can. It does happen that I have more women on staff then I do men and we’ve had about twice as many men as women who have applied.”
In regards to making the government more efficient, Gordon said, “As we look at trying to reimagine how government works, there are ways I believe that we can look at restructuring those agencies to make them not only more accessible and able to deliver product much better but also able to streamline the communications between them.”
