Cheyenne Frontier Days is still on, at least for now. In a release sent to media on Monday Nicole Gamst, a spokesperson for CFD, said, “Cheyenne Frontier Days wants to reassure all of our fans, volunteers, sponsors and the entire Cheyenne community that we are still on track for the 124th edition of the Daddy of ‘em All in July. Let’s be honest. Things are moving rapidly, and a lot can change between now and July.”
Gamst went on to say CFD will rely on guidance from the “Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and will continue working closely with federal, state, and local agencies about the latest recommendations.”
In the release, Gamst went on to say, “Nothing is more important to us than the health and safety of our community. We are confident that with the help of our public health and elected officials, if we all pull together our community can withstand any challenge, including this one.”
