CASPER, Wyo. (Wyoming News Now) - There are now four confirmed COVID-19 cases in Natrona County, two new ones since Tuesday.

Casper-Natrona County Health Department spokesperson Hailey Bloom said at a press conference Wednesday they’re currently quarantined and recently traveled domestically.

She said the department and Wyoming Medical Center have performed a combined 122 tests. More than 100 of them have come back negative. Only two have tested positive. The two newest Natrona County cases were tested elsewhere.

Bloom said CNCHD and WMC combined currently have more than 750 unused test kits.

At Wednesday’s press conference, Natrona County School District spokesperson Tanya Southerland said the district doesn’t know whether it will extend closures.

She also said the district wants parents to fill out a household technology survey by Friday in case it has to convert to online-only learning.
