F.E. Warren AFB hopes to raise awareness about suicide prevention through storytelling event

CHEYENNE, Wyo. (Wyoming News Now) -- On September 10, 2019, F.E. Warren Air Force Base hosted a storytelling event. It invited Senior Master Sgt. Cody Stollings, Tech. Sgt. Robert Gerard, and Airman Alfonso Santiago to share about how suicide has had an impact on their lives.

Suicide is the leading cause of death in the Air Force and, throughout September, F.E. Warren units will be focusing on prevention efforts, early and responsible help-seeking, and distributing information on risk factors and warning signs.
