CHEYENNE, Wyo. (Wyoming News Now) -- The Downtown Development Authority said it’s supporting several facade improvements in Cheyenne. A few of these buildings are on 17th Street. There are also funding improvements for the Plains Hotel and the Grier building. The Mendocino building is also being awarded funds.

The DDA said it’s funding six facade improvement projects after different business owners applied. The organization approved funding for 65% of the total project costs which totals over $300,000. Some of that funding is being pulled from the DDA’s reserves.
