CHEYENNE, Wyo. (Wyoming News Now)- Cheyenne Central's boys swim and dive team hosted their annual Youth Swim Clinic.
"It's really beneficial because it doesn't only help us, it helps the campers," Central senior, Tanner Johnson said.
"We help them out and they're doing something that they like. Some of them we introduce it to them like this is their first time learning how to swim."
Campers were stationed taught the fundamentals of swimming, leading up to drills. The children enjoyed learning from one of the top programs in the state.
"I just thought it was really fun and it's going to help my swimming a lot," Fifth grade camper, MiKayla Grover said.
"I like racing people when I do practice and sometimes it got me to have a little more friends," Fifth grade camper Christopher Hager said.
The Indians return to the pool on Friday, January 31, in the Laramie Invite at Laramie High School.
