Capitol Cuisine reopens in downtown Cheyenne

CHEYENNE, Wyo. (Wyoming News Now)- Capitol Cuisine had their reopening on Wednesday, June 17, 2020, since shutting down momentarily during the pandemic. The business has been in Cheyenne since July 2018. According to the owner of Capitol Cuisine, Brian Eicholtz, the main concern about the momentary shut down was the health of the employees.

Their self-serve salad and soup bar did close. However, Capitol Cuisine is still serving soup along with to-go salads. Capitol Cuisine was also able to bring back all their staff they had before the closure. Since the reopen, Eicholtz says Capitol Cuisine has received positive feedback from the community.

"It was hard to be away from them [customers],” Eicholtz said. “Just being back downtown and back in the community just felt awesome."
