Ethan comes to Cheyenne from East Mississippi! He spent two years there as their weekend anchor and producer while filling in for sports and weather during the week. In the sports world, Ethan had the pleasure of covering SEC athletics from Tuscaloosa, to Starkville, to the Sugar Bowl. He also found a deep love for covering local prep sports and highlighting local athletes, something Ethan plans to do in Cheyenne as well. Meridian, Mississippi was just a pit stop for Ethan though, he is a Colorado boy through and through! The son of a pastor and a teacher, Ethan was born in Fort Collins and moved around the state until he ultimately settled back in his hometown at CSU. While at Colorado State Ethan studied journalism and technical communications with a focus on sports broadcast. While working with CSU's student media Ethan covered 100+ Ram sporting events, covering all sports. He hopes that even though he is a "Ram", the folks in Wyoming will enjoy his passion for covering local sports. Ethan is so happy to be in Cheyenne at Wyoming News Now, for his whole life he has either watched or covered the Mountain West and he cannot wait to share that with all of you every weekend!
In his off time Ethan enjoys keeping up with his childhood favorite teams, the Broncos, Rockies, Nuggets, and Avalanche. When he is not focusing on sports though, Ethan is working out, playing video games, enjoying anime/manga, enjoying the great outdoors, or traveling. If you see Ethan out and about do not be a stranger!
