Cheyenne Hills Church hosts Thanksgiving Food Pantry Event(KGWN News Desk)

CHEYENNE, Wyo. (Wyoming News Now) - With Thanksgiving around the corner and the cost of groceries on the rise, one local group is bringing thanksgiving to the community.

The Cheyenne Hills Church is hosting a Thanksgiving pantry for those in need of Thanksgiving food for their pantries. The event will serve as a way for families to get foods for thanksgiving meals, without having to deal with the expense of Thanksgiving shopping.

Anyone is welcome to attend the event, however shopping will be limited to one person per family so there is enough food for all. While shopping you can enjoy some cookies, chocolate, and a puppet show from a local puppeteer.

Cheyenne Hills Church will be taking donations through tomorrow during normal office hours. Those hours are from 9 AM to 4 PM.
