Wyo Education Professional Development Portal launches

CHEYENNE, Wyo. (Wyoming News Now) - The Wyoming Department of Education has partnered with the Wyoming Professional Teaching Standards Board and the University of Wyoming to launch a new portal.

The portal aids to provide districts and educators across Wyoming with a user-friendly educational resource. The portal will serve as a single place for educators and parents to access all aspects of professional development.

The portal has several features that are designed to make dealing with all things education easier by streamlining access for all.

Staff with the Wyoming Department of Education said that they’re most excited to assist teachers so that they can focus on what they do best.

“That’s what makes America so incredibly great. We’re always innovating, we’re always improving, we are always doing better for each other, for our communities, and for our country,” said Megan Degenfelder, the Wyoming Superintendent of Public Education.
