Rock Springs restaurant attacked by lone gunman

CHEYENNE, Wyo. (Wyoming News Now/PRESS RELEASE) - A Rock Springs Mexican restaurant evades tragedy after a shooting Sunday leaves no injuries or deaths.
Around noon at Santa Fe Trail Restaurant, a man wielding two guns walked inside and began firing bullets.
Staff and patrons rushed out of the restaurant as quickly as possible while police was called.
Rock Springs Police Department officers arrived at the scene around 12:40 p.m. and were able to successfully subdue the gunman, now identified as James Vickers, without further incident.
Vickers has been charged with four counts of reckless endangerment, one count of use of a controlled substance and five counts of charges related to drug possession.
