CHEYENNE, Wyo. (PRESS RELEASE) -– The City of Cheyenne Board of Public Utilities (BOPU) will continue reduced operating hours every second Wednesday of the month (listed below). The BOPU lobby (2416 Snyder Ave.) and customer service (307-637-6460) will operate from 9 a.m. – Noon only to accommodate for system upgrade training. July 12, 2023 August 9, 2023 September 13, 2023 October 11, 2023 November 8, 2023 December 13, 2023 The BOPU thanks customers for their patience and apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause. Operations and Maintenance staff will continue to respond to water main breaks, sewer back-ups, and other emergency water and sewer situations at 307-637-6471.
