CHEYENNE, Wyo. (Wyoming News Now) -New bill headed by U.S. Sen. Cynthia Lummis helps test for chemicals
Allowing officials to check for this chemical during routine maintenance without releasing it into the environment.
“The purpose of the bill make sure that our firefighters are adequately equipped and that airport personnel is adequately protected, as is the public, by providing means other than the release of p-fas to determine the capabilities of their equipment,” says Lummis.
According to Lummis, if the bill passes the house, the equipment WILL become immediately available to applicants.
