Gov. Mark Gordon signs into effect House Bill 92 Wyoming’s Abortion Trigger Bill

CHEYENNE, Wyo. (Wyoming News Now) -(Press Release) Attached is a letter from Gov. Mark Gordon that has been delivered to the Secretary of State this afternoon certifying House Bill 92.

The Governor certified at approximately 2 pm Friday MST.

The Governor has issued the following statement:

I have certified House Bill 92 following the Attorney General’s analysis. I believe that the decision to regulate abortion is properly left to the states.

As a pro-life Governor, my focus will continue to be on ensuring we are doing all we can to support Wyoming mothers, children and families.
