The Wyoming and Vermont Air National Guards were busy Tuesday, working with a film crew from Nebraska, Texas and California.

They were making a new recruitment commercial centered around Wyoming’s cowboy culture and military roots.

”Both of those values are so central to what we believe and how we act here and I’m so happy and blessed to be a part of this experience,” said Raegen DeLancey, UW Student and Actress.

As Air National Guard recruitment numbers drop nationally, these state wings cooperate to raise those numbers.

”It’s really talking about our culture here in Wyoming and how we have a deep history and deep rooted culture in the west obviously and the Wyoming Air National Guard really dovetails well with that,” said Trubia.

In the next few months, you can anticipate seeing this commercial in local theaters throughout Wyoming.
