CHEYENNE, Wyo. (Wyoming News Now) -

What a wonderful Wyoming welcome to the last Monday of June! Today started off with those calm and clear conditions that we all love. There was very little cloud coverage in the sky and temperatures were cool and comfortable. By this afternoon, a few light and fluffy clouds have made their way into the SE corner. And more are on the way.

Partly cloudy conditions will continue building into the deep SE corner later this afternoon. This cloud coverage also brings in a chance to see some light rain showers across the SE corner late this afternoon/early evening. The light rain will keep falling for a couple hours off and on once it begins. Overnight, the clouds and showers in the SE corner will clear. This will bring back clear skies through the night hours and into the morning tomorrow. Tomorrow afternoon, more clouds will appear. This time, across the Cowboy State. With some of the clouds in the West, there may be some more light rain. Clouds will continue to stick around into Wednesday, if not longer.

Clouds will be back again tomorrow.

Temperatures today are warm and definitely warmer than they were yesterday. Cheyenne is about 20 degrees warmer today than around lunch time on Sunday! High temperatures today are ranging from the lower 70s to lower 90s. Low temperatures tonight will range from the upper 30s to the lower 60s. High temperatures tomorrow will range from the low/mid 70s to the upper 90s. The trend this week is going to be warming temperatures the first half. The last half of the week will see a cooling trend, along with some rain showers.

Temperatures tomorrow are going to be even warmer than today.
