CASPER, Wyo. (Wyoming News Now) - The Casper Natrona County Health Department is now offering Covid vaccines for kids.

After the CDC approved vaccines for children six months to five years old, the CNCHD now has free vaccines available for anyone from the age of six months old through adulthood.

“We were still seeing a lot of Covid-19, especially some in those younger populations that can’t get vaccinated, so it’s really exciting that we can offer that same protection for all of those six months and older all the way up into adulthood,” said CNCHD Public Information Officer Hailey Bloom.

Call ahead appointments and walk-ins are available. The adolescent Moderna vaccine was ordered last week and is on the way, but the health department says all other vaccines are available immediately.
