County water rates are 150 percent of a typical city water user. Officials say road conditions also differ from county to city standards.

These will be adopted in the form of an ordinance,” said Charles Bloom, Director, Development And Planning City Of Cheyenne.

The city says it is looking to streamline these pockets into city property within the next year to 18 months at no cost to residents.
