CASPER, Wyo. (Wyoming News Now) - Friday June 10, marked the first day back in 2 years for the Nicolaysen Art Museums NiC Fest. The NiC fest had been cancelled due to COVID-19 but is back in full swing with art, music, and vendors.

“I am so excited that NiC Fest is back because I know how big it is for the community to kind of just have a good time together over the weekend and it’s the beginning of diving deep into summer and we’re just so excited to do this for the Casper community,” said Communications Director Katie Couch.

This years patrons can expect to see works form almost 30 different artists. This includes artists who are working on pieces live at the festival such as sand sculptures and wall murals. Saturday will also see a special work of art called “Art On Wheels” which is a group of cars painted by artists.

Along with the live music all day there will be local vendors at the event as well. This includes both food and crafts vendors. There will also be a beer garden featuring a few local Casper breweries.
