CHEYENNE, Wyo. (Wyoming News Now) -
More showers of rain, snow, and sleet fell throughout the afternoon and evening yesterday. Those showers and cloud coverage cleared out during the overnight hours. That clearing allowed this morning to start with pretty blue skies and a very bright sun. Most of the skies have stayed clear to mostly clear throughout the afternoon.
These nice conditions today will be continuing throughout the day, the night, and in through the afternoon tomorrow. Some of our wind speeds have picked up into the teen and 20 mph speeds across the southern half of the state. Tonight, those winds will calm back down and will stay calm through the night and tomorrow. Tomorrow late afternoon/ early evening, cloud coverage will be moving back in from the West. Throughout the evening, more clouds will move across state and into the eastern half by the night hours. The new developing cloud coverage will last through the overnight hours Thursday and into the day Friday.
Temperatures today are slightly warmer than they were yesterday. High temperatures today are ranging from the mid 50s to the mid 70s. Low temperatures tonight will range from the low 30s to the upper 40s. Tomorrow will be even warmer than today. High temperatures tomorrow will range from the low 60s to the mid 80s. It is time to really enjoy these warmer temperatures before our next round of showers.
