CHEYENNE, Wyo. (Wyoming News Now) - More widespread showers popped up all over the Midwestern states bringing severe thunderstorms and even multiple tornadoes into Texas. There was also a general line of showers and thunderstorms along Wyoming associated with the trough that is pushing through. This trough will continue to push out to the east going toward the late overnight hours before high-pressure pushes in from the west early Wednesday morning. This will result in mostly clear skies throughout the state and also bring warmer temperatures as well. This pattern looks to continue until Thursday where a little bit more cloud cover comes in from the southwest associated with an incoming cold front.

Wind gusts look to remain relatively calm throughout much of tonight and even tomorrow morning before it picks up a little bit from the north west by tomorrow afternoon. Gusts themselves will get up to about 25 an even 30 mph in wind from regions. Luckily, this is not enough to cause any significant travel in packs or delays. Overnight tonight, expect temperatures to be a little bit warmer than what we’ve seen of the last few nights with mini regions getting above the freezing point.

Stronger wind gusts will be back in the forecast from the high pressure out to the northwest,...

Tomorrow, temperatures will warm up to above average with mostly clear skies allowing the sun to actually heat us up this time. This warming trend looks continue as we head toward the end of the week until the weekend comes along. This is when we have another frontal system pushing through but temperatures will not drop off as significantly as we’ve seen with the last system.

Tomorrow, highs will warm back up to more seasonable levels with even warmer temperatures...
