CHEYENNE, Wyo. (Wyoming News Now) -
Weather-wise, today is a lot like the conditions that were seen yesterday. The day started with mild temperatures and clearer skies. As the day has continued on, a few more clouds have moved into the SE corner and temperatures have quickly increased through the day. The only difference today from yesterday is that the winds are not blowing as harshly.
Cloud coverage will again increase across the state this afternoon and this evening. This evening, there will also be rain and snow showers across the northern half of Wyoming. These showers will continue for several hours before pushing off to the North. Into the day tomorrow, the fast Wyoming winds will return to the southern half of the state. These winds returning will allow another return of showers for northern Wyoming. The winds in the South will help move this area of showers across the state and out to the East. Into Friday, clouds will be leftover from the system and the NW corner will see some snow showers.
Temperatures today are the warmest out of this week. High temperatures today are ranging from the mid 40s in the NW corner to the upper 80s in the Nebraska panhandle. Low temperatures tonight will range from the upper 20s to the lower 50s. Tomorrow our temperatures will much cooler than today. Tomorrow’s temperatures will range from the mid 30s to the mid 70s. Temperatures will stay cooler for a couple of days.
