RECAP: Wyoming Legion Baseball from 4/30/2022

CHEYENNE, Wyo. (Wyoming News Now) - With the month of April coming to a close, the Cheyenne Post Six Baseball Team’s season has gone according to plan. They entered Saturday at 4-0, and had their chance to make it 6-0 by the end of the night.

The Sixer’s had a double header against the Post 22 Hardhats, coming from Rapid City, SD.

Game one started with a Dominic Lopez triple, bringing the Sixers to a 3-1 lad. The Hardhats brought back to level at 3 a piece, but the Sixer’s made the separation to win 14-6.

Game 2 was an even larger success for Post Six, as they found 22 runs to pull off the Saturday sweep.
