WYDOT is offering classes to improve communication and customer service
CHEYENNE, Wyo. (Wyoming News Now) - If you’ve ever had a bad experience at the DMV, you are not alone, but WYDOT is taking steps to ensure folks walk away from their offices with a pleasant experience.
These classes help improve customer services, employee skill sets, and office communications.
“A lot of it is going to be like a town hall, so that the folks up in Jackson will have an opportunity to sit and have a face-to-face conversation with me even though it is virtual,” said Misty Dobson, Program Manager Driver Services- WYDOT.
The Wyoming Drivers Offices across the state will close for one hour, the last Thursday of each month, starting on April 28th.
This is so that WYDOT can provide staff development and educational classes.
On these dates, Driver Services offices will officially open one hour later.
“Communication is the key to our success regardless of where you’re at in the state, and ensuring that we have great customer service and good communication throughout the state is vital to our success,” said Dobson.
These courses aim to improve customer service, processing times, and other operations within driver services.
