CHEYENNE, Wyo. (Wyoming News Now) - We may be only a month in to 2022, but for WyoLotto, exciting things are in store for players in Cowboy State.

WyoLotto had two recent big winners, and said the reason why customers love playing is better odds.

“We had two big winners back to back. We had a winner of Cowboy Draw at $633,000, which we have been as high as $3 million with winners in that game, but still a $633,000 win to me, is a big chunk of change and a life-changing amount if you got enough to buy a house,” said WyoLotto CEO, Jon Clontz. “And then the next week after that, we had a $285,000 winner.”

The ongoing pandemic and holiday season hasn’t slowed down participation in WyoLotto. WyoLotto said there is a lot of exciting things happening this year, including the 2 by 2 daily drawings they rolled out last year.

In addition to the other prize tiers in the Megamillions, Powerball and Cowboy Draw, WyoLotto said they give out 17-18 $1,000 wins a week.

“I think people play for the payout percentage, knowing they have an actual really great chance at the jackpot, and also knowing they can win that $1,000 and they have really great odds to do so. We love that game, and we love that people love it,” said Clontz.

WyoLotto will be announcing the introduction of Keno in the fall, bringing a whole new experience to customers and retailers.
