NobelBiz offering innovative solutions to Wyoming communications
CHEYENNE, Wyo. (Wyoming News Now) - NobelBiz, a company that offers Contact Center Technology, relocated from California to Cheyenne, Wyoming a little over a year ago. NobelBiz President, Steve Bederman, shared how the move impacted the company.
“We were sort of lost in the hustle and bustle and we wanted a place where we could contribute to the community and be respected for doing that, so that is why we are here,” said Bederman. “So far, we moved in a year ago, and we have had just an enjoyable first year, and the people we have met have been above and beyond what we expected.”
Nobelbiz provides call center software, connecting thousands of calls for contact centers. The company supports the state’s initiatives, like incorporating more high-tech employment opportunities in the region, and driving Wyoming’s youth into the future by implementing educational opportunities to increase digital literacy.
Bederman said NobelBiz saw the value in setting up shop in Wyoming, where tax requirements and employer requirements were the driving incentives. However, in the time that they have been in Cheyenne, Nobelbiz said they enjoy serving the community by playing a role in encouraging innovation and technology.
“We can contribute where the community is requesting it, or requiring it. Whether it be helping fund something, whether it be building training centers where we can bring people in to learn technology -- we can certainly bring interns in from the area to begin to learn new technology,” said Bederman.
