CHEYENNE, Wyo. (Wyoming News Now) -
Another snowy system has come and gone. This second front system of the week moved through the state overnight and early this morning. Snow showers were again associated with this frontal passage. Accumulation has been around an inch for majority of the SE corner. A lot of these snow showers have pushed out of state, now small areas of flurries will stick around through the afternoon.
This system will continue moving out of state, whether to the South or to the Northeast. Cloud coverage will be sticking around a little longer than the snow. Eventually, the cloud coverage will be lightening up and clearing out. Breezy wind speeds will be picking up starting late tonight in the overnight hours. These faster wind speeds are expected to stick around through the day tomorrow and into Saturday. Tomorrow is going to be a beautiful day, with clear, sunny skies and slightly warmer temperatures.
Temperatures have dropped once again with this system moving through the state today. High temperatures across the state range from 0 degrees to the mid-30s. Tonight is going to be chilly again. The coldest temperatures will be along the western border, with negative temperatures within the NW corner. Tomorrow will be slightly warmer, as temperatures begin climbing again towards the weekend. High temperatures tomorrow will range from the 20s to the upper 40s along the eastern border. It is going to be a great weekend to get outdoors!
