PINE BLUFFS, Wyo. (Wyoming News Now) - While Pine Bluffs High School did not win any state championships in 2021, multiple teams made it to the state playoffs and PB’s Athletic Director talked about something that can be improved and something that should be replicated in 2022.

“Something I would change is, just for me personally, I just gotta be more organized. I’m organized as it is but there’s always ways to get better with that,” said Pine Bluffs Athletic Director Will Gray. “And something that we do really really well is I think that we include a lot of different types of kids in our activities. We’re in the halls, recruiting kids for whether its football, basketball, ‘hey just come try it for a day’ and then once we get them there its our job as coaches to keep them there.”

Below are some highlights from 2021:

Girls Basketball: Qualified for State Tournament; won consolation title (5th place)

Boys Basketball: Qualified for State Tournament; lost in third-place game (4th place)

Football: Qualified for state playoffs; made it to 1A-9 Man State Semifinals
