CHEYENNE, Wyo. (Wyoming News Now) - With Christmas in the rearview window, we’re looking ahead to New Year’s Day, and the week leading up to it. It’s going to be a cold start, with highs in the 20′s and 30′s through out the week.

Casper will continue to see wind throughout the week, and Cheyenne can expect to stay seasonably cold. We are seeing snow possibilities throughout the state Monday night going into Tuesday, though there’s not much accumulation to be expected in Casper or Cheyenne. The most adverse weather for Monday and Tuesday will be the wind as wind chills will be near 0 degrees Tuesday morning, and staying in the single digits through the day.
