CASPER, Wyo. (Wyoming News Now) - The Casper Oilers hockey team gave the home crowd plenty to cheer about on Friday night. In front of a packed crowd, the Oilers raced out to a 3-0 lead and never looked back.

Shai Reynolds got the Oilers on the board first, and Bryce Whitman would add the next goal shortly after him. Casper would skate out on top Friday night 5-4.

Dominick Sims would finish the game with a goal and an assist. Preston Hytrek and Braxton Thomas were responsible for the Oilers’ other two goals, and Isaac Sutton accumulated two assists on the night.

When the two teams met for the rematch on Saturday morning, it was a different script. The Moose raced out to the early lead this time.
