Three LHS student-athletes sign to play NCAA Division I sports

LARAMIE, Wyo. (Wyoming News Now) - Three Laramie High School student-athletes signed their college sports letters of intent on Wednesday evening in the LHS Commons. All three are heading to NCAA Division I institutions to continue their athletic and academic careers. Below are the names of the student-athletes, their future colleges, and quotes following the signing day festivities.

Anna Roesler, Wyoming Swimming

“I talked to a couple different schools, been on a couple of recruiting trips, but ultimately decided that I wanted to stay here and be a Cowgirl.”

Natalie Six, Wyoming Diving

“I really liked the coach. The team felt like family. I’ve known them for a little bit. And just like the whole… I was glad to be close with my family and everything so it really worked out.”

Alexis Stucky, Florida Volleyball

“I don’t know how to feel about it. It’s been a long time coming. I’ve been committed there for a while and then for it to be official is so cool. I’m so happy. I’m ready for what’s next.”
